Firm arch
A raised, firm arch shell gives your foot something to rest on, where a flat liner leaves a gap. Firm, not squishy.

Raised sides wrap the back of your heel instead of leaving it on a flat pad, and your heel sits on a cushioned pad.

What it's made of
A firm arch shell, a silicone honeycomb heel pad and a fabric top cover, with trim lines printed on every insole.
Sizing & fit
Choose your usual US shoe size from the menu: women's 5 to 12 or men's 4 to 12, half sizes included. Buying for someone? Use their usual shoe size.
Women's 5–9 and men's 4–7 get our EU 35–40 insole. Women's 9½–12 and men's 7½–12 get our EU 41–46 insole. Each has printed trim lines: lay your shoe's old liner on top and trim along the line that matches it.
They go in shoes with a removable liner. Sneakers, work shoes and boots usually work. You can lift them out and move them to another pair.

What's in the box?
The set you chose: 1, 2 or 3 pairs of Archkind insoles, each pair in the size range for the US size you picked. If you added different sizes to your cart, each size comes as its own pair. A 2- or 3-pair set can arrive in more than one parcel.

How do I care for them?
Wipe the top cover with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let them air-dry out of your shoes, away from direct heat. Don't machine-wash or tumble-dry them.
They feel firm. Can I wear them all shift?
Firm is normal: the arch is a firm shell and your heel sits on a cushioned pad. If you want a soft, squishy insole, these aren't it.
Ease in: 1–2 hours on day 1, about an hour more each day, then the whole shift from week 2. If anything rubs or just doesn't feel right, stop wearing them and contact us. We'll swap the size or refund you, within 60 days of delivery.

- Expect firm: Arch support is firmer than flat foam. That's normal.
- Start short: Wear them 1–2 hours.

- Build up: Add about an hour a day.
- Listen to your feet: If anything rubs or just doesn't feel right, stop wearing them and contact us. We'll swap the size or refund you, within 60 days of delivery.

- Move them over: Lift them out and slide them into your next pair, or keep a pair in each.
