Not for you? Contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund everything you paid for that order, including tax and any shipping, even if you've trimmed and worn them. No need to send them back. Wrong size? We'll send a different size free.
- How: use the contact form at archkind.com/pages/contact and include your order number.
- When: we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of your message. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Sets: the guarantee covers the whole order, including every pair in a 2- or 3-pair set.
- Wrong size: contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll send a different size free. Your 60 days start again when it arrives. You don't need to send the first pair back.
- Damaged or wrong item: send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.
- Changed your mind before it ships? Contact us and we'll cancel and refund the order.
